Placing an order is only possible with the form provided and constitutes the final stage of the product designing process . The form is available only after logging into the system. Detailed info about logging procedure can be found at REGISTRATION. ORDER link becomes active on condition that all previous stages of the product designing process have been completed by the contracting party and approved of by CustomTop. Advanced payment constitutes the necessary condition for the order to be performed. Detailed information on payment and time limit procedure can be found in ADVANCED PAYMENT section.
Minimal order for all tops is 50pcs. It refers both to tops ordered in standard colors and ( co to jest : your custom colors) your custom colors. You can use more than one color for one top (this option is available in WORKSHOP in CLOTHES section). Minimal order for extras in most cases is higher than 50pcs and will be agreed individually after the design is decided upon. For tops which are based on custom measurement and cuts new patterns are required and they will be charged before the first sample is done. For new decorations screens or software is required and they will be charged before the first sample is done.
Reservation of the date of order execution is also possible. It relates to execution periods longer than 2 months in advance. The ordering procedure for preorders is the same as for standard orders placed according to ordinary course procedure. Standard orders with execution date longer than 2 months will automatically be treated as Preorders. Advanced payment constitutes the necessary condition for the order to be performed. Detailed information on payment and time limit procedure can be found in ADVANCED PAYMENT section.
For each order placed, provided no counter-indications appear, the model samples of the ordered product can be delivered on request of the ordering party. The price of such sample is two times the price of the final product. Additionally, all ‘preparation costs’ have to be paid by the contracting party if such sample is to be prepared. These include costs of printing screens, woven programs, stitching programs patterns etc. These costs are paid only once and they do not depend on the size of the final order. Once these costs are covered by the ordering party, the party acquires the rights to the mentioned above values. On request of the ordering party CustomTop is able to deliver the goods to the designated address.
Models samples sent out are representative for future production and constitute the basis for possible claims and complaints. In case some defects attributable to CustomTop which appear in the samples, the ordering party has the right to claim another free delivery of modified samples. Any other changes done on request of the ordering party are charged for in the same way as the initially ordered model samples according to standard procedure.
The production process of all ordered goods can only be launched if the ordering party makes the advanced payment equal to 50% of the value of an order. An advanced payment is required after Custom Top sets the date of order fulfillment and constitutes the confirmation of the agreed conditions. In case Custom Top does not fulfill the contract conditions the advanced payment is returned to the ordering party. In case the ordering party breaks the contract and Custom Top fulfills the contract appropriately the advanced payment is not returned.
In case of preorder 10% of order value is needed to book production time. If the delivery date is shorter than 2 months, PREORDER automatically gets the status of REGULAR ORDER. Then the difference between 10% ( in case of PREORDER advance) and 50% (in case of standard production procedure) is required.

3. Credit card
All payments by Credit Cards are operated by Dotpay.eu. The ordered product will be sent after payment confirmation from Dotpay.eu.

Due to complexity of the production process the delivery date is only possible to be set when all stages of product designing processes are completed and the order is placed. Delivery date is set individually for each separate order. Delivery date is always set after the order is placed and before the advanced payment is made. The advanced payment made means the submitted delivery date shall be equivalent in terms of its acceptance.
In case of any delivery delays the ordering party has the right to claim the discount on the product ordered. The discount will depend on the size and character of the order placed and will be agreed upon with the ordering party.
All orders are shipped by UPS company. If needed and only in case of bigger deliveries goods can be sent using CustomTop shipping service.
In both cases when the ordered products are sent, a confirmation will be sent to the email address given at the registration at www.customtop.eu.
In case of shipping by the UPS when products are sent, the customer will be notified by an e-mail from UPS with the Tracking Number and the link which allows him to track the order. The e-mail is sent after 5 pm on the day when the status is changed to SENT.

The ordered goods should be collected within 1 month from the established delivery date. If the ordered goods are not collected within 1 month then CustomTop will charge for STOCK service. Detailed info about STOCK costs can be found here: STOCK service.
Chosen 'Pay on Delivery' option means that money for the ordered product can be paid to a courier at the moment of its delivery.
When placing an order please give the right shipping address together with an e-mail address and phone number.
Once the confirmation e-mail reaches the customer it is important to have the appropriate sum of money ready to pay right on the delivery. If the addressee of the shipment is not able to collect the package in person, please make sure to authorize another person to pay for and collect the goods.
In case of several delivery attempts where a courier does not get the payment for the ordered product, the package will be sent back and the addressee will be charged with all additional costs at the next delivery.
CustomTop reserves the right to cancel any orders which appear to be impossible to process. Custom Top shall forthwith notify the ordering party about the circumstances which might result in the break of production performance.Orders can be also cancelled due to lack of advance payment lasting longer than 1 week.
The time of standard warranty lasts 1 year and refers to all products except for these with different warranty time. Custom Top shall notify the ordering party before the advanced payment is made in case the warranty time length is shorter than that mentioned above.
The warranty covers only these defects which result from faulty production process and does not cover the defects resulting from improper using of the product.
Possible claims on the side of ordering party is either reimbursement on the product or redelivery of the standard value product.
In order to reduce the time of the entire process, when submiting the warranty case, please include the following:

ONCE ALL WARRANTY ARRENGEMENTS ARE COMPLETED THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO SEND THE DEFECTED PRODUCT BACK TO GIVEN ADDRESS. ALL COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
After receiving the information that the complaint was accepted, the customer has 14 days to send the ordered product back under the conditions mentioned above. Otherwise, the complaint will not be processed.

In case the ordered product corresponds well to the model sample there are no possibilities to return the product back. If however, the delivered product features any defects or differs from the agreed model sample, and the changes were not acknowledged by the ordering party then reimbursement is possible to be made.
When the defect is found in the delivered product it is possible to obtain the price reduction instead of reimbursement. Each discount is then calculated separately considering both defects and circumstances.
Custom Top shall not use the product again if it bears the identification marks of the ordering party (labels, prints, author’s designs of the customer)
STOCK service is a warehouse for all surpluses which were ordered before and haven’t been used so far. CustomTop service is free for customers who ordered their items. It refers to most extras which minimal order quantity is high (eg. woven labels min 1000pcs) but also to clothes (ordered in special color) patterns and others.
CustomTop stands only as trustee of stored goods and the customer stays their owner. At any customer call Custom Top is ready to give out required goods. Transport costs are covered by the customer. CustomTop will buy the quantity necessary for present production from the customer at the same price it was initially sold to the customer. The payment will be balanced with final invoice for production ordered.
STOCK service is free of charge for CustomTop clients as long they keep using it. CustomTop will start charging for STOCK service if there is no order placed within 1 year. The cost of storing the goods is 10% of STOCK value for every year of service.
In case the STOCK owner doesn’t answer CustomTop calls within the period of 2 years after the last order was placed, Custom Top becomes the owner of stored goods.
It is unacceptable to plead the ignorance of the regulations. All terms and provisions between the ordering party and Custom Top others than those which appear in the above regulations should be agreed upon and confirmed before the order is placed.
